Business as Usual Statement
Subject: Update on our operations and service continuity
Dear Clients
Following the recent events and Geraldines separation from the company, we are writing to assure you that we are continuing with our normal services. We are currently working behind the scenes, to create a new standalone company that will be run in the main by our existing team. As soon as the process is finalised and we are in a position to provide you with the new details we will, it is expected that this will be within the next 4-6 weeks.
Our core priority remains the delivery of seamless transition.
In the Short Term What This Means for You
- Service Continuity: All client management, payroll processing, bookkeeping, are operating at full capacity
- Systems and Security: Our internal networks, accounting software platforms, and secure client portals are fully operational. Data integrity and client confidentiality have been strictly maintained throughout.
- Deadlines and Compliance: We are actively monitoring all upcoming statutory deadlines (including VAT, corporate tax, and payroll filings) to ensure your business remains fully compliant without delay.
- Accessibility: You can continue to reach us via our standard office phone numbers, email addresses, and scheduled virtual or in-person meetings.
In the Long Term What This Means for You
- It will be your choice, if you would like to transition across to the new company or make other arrangements. If you chose to move to another provider, we will do our utmost to ensure that you are in the best position for the move and work with your new provider to minimise the disruption to you.
- If you chose to transition across, there will be a process to move administration and access rights across but we will work with you to make this as seamless as possible and use existing documents where possible and permitted under GDPR.
- For the remainder of this tax year, Fees and charges will remain unchanged.
- The new company will still operate from Robson House.
We appreciate your continued trust in the business. If you have any specific questions regarding your accounts or upcoming filings, please do not hesitate to reach out. As we are sure you will appreciate this is a very busy time for all our staff so we would encourage you not to make any unscheduled visits and please phone and book an appointment in advance, it you do feel you need to meet in person.
